Creating a Path
Over the week I created a path that follows the raised terrain through the middle of the scene. Using Quixel Megascans, I found a plank of wood that fit the style of the environment. The textures used for the object are 4k and need to be dialed down to either 2k or even 1k. After completing the path, I built the environment lighting and previewed the scene in VR. Looking forward I will we changing up the planks for the path to offset them as they progress into the distance. The textures will have to be updated to be a darker shade of wood to be more realistic and better fit in the scene.
